Each year, DOLLS magazine pays tribute to outstanding achievements in doll artistry with its prestigious DOLLS Award of Excellence. It’s our great privilege to announce that our little baby girl Rosalie has been selected in the Industry’s Choice baby doll category! As DOLLS Magazine is a leading and highly-respected voice in the collectible doll industry, this acknowledgement is an incredible honor!
This little cutie has been winning from the beginning. In fact, it’s how she first came to be! Once a year, we ask doll lovers to submit their cutest baby pictures for our annual Such a Doll!® Baby Photo Contest and Rosalie was 2020’s winner. Once her photo was selected, it was given to renowned Master Doll Artist Ping Lau, whose photorealistic sculpt captured every darling detail from her button nose to her teeny toes. Then, our designers meticulously custom tailored every bit of the adorable little ensemble from Rosalie’s winning photo – the embroidery-accented dress, the knit sweater, the elegant crochet trim on both, and of course that unbelievably adorable hat.
So thank you to all the fans that made our Rosalie baby doll a success, and to everyone at DOLLS Magazine for this wonderful recognition!
